The Wilson & Co KIA Ltd Privacy Policy was updated on 16th April 2018.

Your privacy is important to Wilson & Co KIA Ltd, also known as Drayton Motors and Too Good to Trade. We have therefore developed a Privacy Policy that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. Collecting personal information

We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information:

Your rights

  • You may instruct us to provide you with any personal information we hold about you, via a Subject Access Request.
  • Upon receipt of such a request we will, after confirming identity, provide all relevant data we may hold to you in the most practical format unless otherwise stipulated and reasonably possible.
  • We may withhold personal information that you request to the extent permitted by law.
  • If you instruct us to no longer process your personal data we will do so as quickly as possible.
  • If you instruct us to destroy any/all of your personal data we may hold we will do so as quickly as possible.
  • If you instruct us to cease all processing for marketing purposes we will do so as quickly as possible.

  • The Wilson and Co KIA Ltd website, email messages, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behaviour, tell us which parts of our websites people have visited, and facilitate and measure the effectiveness of advertisements and web searches. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with Wilson and Co more convenient and personal.
